Getting Started with Employee Wellness
Employee Wellness offers a free health and wellness assessment to all benefits-eligible faculty, staff and their spouses once every calendar year. Results from this assessment could qualify you for a $300 yearly bonus, and it’s easy to get started.
Faculty, staff and spouses can further their wellbeing through other programs including presentations, classes and personal training. Benefits-eligible employees can also participate in an additional incentive program and earn $200 each year.
Employee Wellness utilizes a third-party platform called to manage many program components. If you have not received an email with an invitation to participate in the program, please email wellness@weber.edu to have your account generated.
Early retirees who are still taking medical benefits from ¶¶Òô³Ô¹Ï can participate in all Employee Wellness programs and events. After you retire, look for an email from benefits@weber.edu inquiring if you would like to retain your Employee Wellness account access.
