Biography
Kevin S. Garn has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate development. Garn specializes in the development of hotels, mixed-use projects, retail, office spaces, apartments, restaurants, and industrial properties. He is the principal owner of KSG Properties and the chairman of the board of the First National Bank of Layton. Garn's career also includes roles as a photographer, restaurateur, and marketer. He served in the Utah House of Representatives for fifteen years, retiring as House Majority Leader.
